PROJECT OVERVIEW

Working in partnership with Bric Housing and funding from Housing Australia, Margate Waters will provide 60 much needed social and affordable homes in the heart of Margate from early 2027.

Forty4 Projects is the principal contractor, managing the full design and construction process from Development Approval (DA) through to completion.
